Samsung Galaxy S7 : Features, price and specifications.

Samsung's new Galaxy S7 is a powerful phone and it has become already a hot topic for gossip.

This time Samsung has provided some really necessary features like WATER  and DUST RESISTENCY.
Yes, Samsung Galaxy S7 is water resistent for 30 minutes under 1.5 meters of water. 

Other than these S7 includes the following upgradation:  

Processor and RAM: 

Samsung galaxy S7 is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 820 processor in North America and  for other regions of the world Samsung uses its own Exynos chips.

RAM has been increased to 4Gb.
Both Samsung galaxy S7 and Samsung galaxy S7 Edge run on Android Marshmallow 6.0.

Storage:

 Samsung S7 comes with an internal storage of 32 GB in America and Samsung might launch 64Gb variant in other countries.

Expandable Storage option has been restored in both Samsung Galaxy S7 and Samsung galaxy S7 EDGE.

Screen : 

The Samsung S7 has a screen size of 5.1 inches and S7 EDGE has a screen size of 5.5 inches.
Both the phone have quad HD Super Amoled Display but S7 EDGE is curved on both sides.




Camera : 

The most significant change this year comes in the S7’s new 12-megapixel camera. It’s lower resolution than last year’s 16-megapixel shooter, but Samsung says its larger pixels let in 56 percent more light than before for better low-light images. The camera’s lens is a brighter f/1.7 aperture, allowing in 25 percent more light. Combined, the new sensor and lens let in 95 percent more light than last year’s already impressive camera, which is promising for low-light photography. The sensor’s shape has also changed from a wide-format 16:9 to a more traditional 4:3 ratio.

Samsung says the new camera can focus up to three times faster thanks to its dual-pixel system that allows every single one of the 12 million pixels to act as focus pixels, similar to the system Canon uses in some of its DSLR cameras. The camera is also very quick to launch.

Battery : 

The S7 series doesn't have removable batteries.
Samsung has increased the battery size to 3000 mAh  for S7 and 3600 mAh for S7 edge as compared to S6 series.
Both phones have inherited Samsung's fast-charging and fast wireless charging features.

New :

 Samsung has introduced its always on display feature.
The screen will always display a clock. You can select the style of the clock though.
