Apple is expected to launch the iPhone 6s and the iPhone 6s Plus at an event in Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco on Wednesday that is SEP 9,2015.

Thanks to the numerous leaks that have been reported in the past few months, we have a very good idea as to what to expect from the new iPhone handset.
Here's everything we know about the iPhone 6s so far-

Force Touch is coming

The iPhone 6s (as well as the iPhone 6s Plus) is expected to come with Force Touch, a feature Apple introduced in the MacBook that acknowledges a different level of force exerted on a touchpad and responds accordingly. The company is expected to utilise this feature by providing users with quick options and shortcuts to access different apps and services.

3D Touch Display

A new report now suggests that the iPhone 6s will also come equipped with a "3D Touch Display." As per 9to5Mac, in addition to the taps and presses, the iPhone 6s will be able to understand deep presses -- hence the "3D" moniker - bringing it to a total of three levels pressure - tap, press, and deep press.

Screen sizes will be 4.5in and 5.5in

This statement is obvious, as the iPhone 6S won't make any big design changes from the 6, which means the screen
sizes are fixed.

There will be an additional rose gold colour

Apparently, this is to match the Apple Watch.
As to whether or not it's a replacement or an addition to the existing gold model we don't know,
but we can see Apple wanting to match colors across its mobile range

The camera will be upgraded to 12-megapixels

Multiple reports suggest that the iPhone 6s will come with a massive camera improvement. The new iPhone is expected to come with a 12-megapixel iSight (rear-camera) sensor. The camera is said to support video shooting in 4K resolution. On the front side, it is expected that the iPhone 6 will come with a 5-megapixel sensor (FaceTime), with at least 720p HD video recording.

IMPROVED RESOLUTION

While not exactly high resolution by today's standards,
this rumour at least fits in with what Apple's been doing in recent years: balancing noise and
image quality, against resolution; a jump to 12-megapixels should keep noise down while improving
 resolution
The iPhone 6s may come with impressively high pixel density resolution. Popular China-based tipster KJuma claimed that the new 4.7-inch iPhone 6s will have a screen resolution of 1125 x 2000, pushing the resolution to 488ppi. He further noted that the iPhone 6s Plus will carry a 1242 x 2208 resolution, resulting in a 460ppi pixel density.

NO MORE BENDING

The iPhone 6s is expected to be stronger, and sturdier. According to a report, Apple is using a different alloy combination in the iPhone 6s, which is said to offer a stronger base for the volume keys and power button, the alleged weak points in iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.

HARDWARE CHANGES

As for the hardware specifications, the iPhone 6s is expected to be powered by the Apple A9 SoC, and some reports suggest the new iPhone models may sport at least 2GB of RAM.
