FIVE SIMPLE STEPS TO KEEP YOU SAFE IN SUMMERS


1. Drink plenty of water



2. Drink lemonade(nimbu pani)  atleast twice a day or whenever you return from outside



3. Use sunscreen with atleast 15 SPF  (sun protection factor) to prevent your skin from sun burns.



4. Wear loose cotton clothes.



5. Eat lots of cool fruits and salad (like water melon and cucumber). it will keep you hydrated and fresh
